Returns & Refunds
100 days, no questions
Return any piece within 100 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fee, and we cover return shipping.
Condition
Items should be unworn beyond trying them on, in their original packaging. Custom or personalized pieces can't be returned unless there's a defect.
How refunds are processed
Once a return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
Resizing instead of returning
If the only issue is fit, resizing is free and doesn't use up any of the 100-day return window — it's available for as long as you own the piece.
